450 mm H-MAC/450 mm Front Opening Shipping Box (FOSB using Fab to Fab)

 

 

The 450 mm H-MAC (Horizontal Multiple Application Carrier) offers 25 capacity and is designed to safely transport and store 450 mm wafers when used with the Entegris reusable secondary packaging system.
