SMILE is a turnkey and proven , ultrapure liquid pressure boosting and control system designed primarily for high-tech industries like semiconductor manufacturing and microelectronics.

Application

In advanced manufacturing, individual tools on a factory floor consume liquids (like ultrapure water or specialized chemicals) at varying rates. This causes pressure drops and fluctuations in the supply line. SMILE actively monitors and increases the incoming line pressure to ensure a constant, sufficient, and stable pressure right at the point-of-use (POU), directly improving production yield.

Technology

Bearingless Magnetic Levitation: The system features a unique pump where the impeller floats entirely on a magnetic field. Because there is no mechanical contact or coupling between moving parts, there is zero friction and zero mechanical wear.
Active Pressure Compensation: It integrates a built-in pressure transducer (sensor) that continuously reads the tool’s incoming liquid pressure. It feeds this data to the pump controller in real-time, allowing the pump to dynamically speed up or slow down to keep pressure rock-steady.
